What is the difference between a fabric expo wall and a classic advertising wall?
Fabric expo walls use stretched textile fabric on an aluminium frame — lighter, easier to transport and assemble without tools. Classic advertising walls have PVC or composite panels and are more suitable for permanent stands where frequent changes are not expected.
How long does it take to assemble an advertising wall?
Fabric walls in 2x2 m or 3x2 m formats can be assembled in 5-10 minutes by one person without tools. Modular structures of 4x2 m and larger require 15-30 minutes and usually two people. Every wall comes with instructions and a transport bag.
Can I change the fabric on an existing structure?
Yes, this is one of the main advantages of fabric expo walls. The fabric is separate from the aluminium frame and easy to swap via a silicone edge (SEG system). You can have one structure and different fabrics for separate events or seasonal campaigns.
What is the standard size for a photo backdrop?
For press-walls and photo backdrops the most common sizes are 2x2 m, 3x2 m and 4x2 m. A 2 m height is optimal so the logo is visible above the heads of people posing. For large gala events and TV productions we use 5x3 m or wider structures.
Can the advertising wall be used outdoors?
Fabric walls are designed primarily for indoor spaces. When used outdoors, calm weather is important and anchoring with weights or ground stakes. For outdoor use we recommend more stable structures with aluminium bases or our LED walls which are specially reinforced.
What are the print file requirements?
We accept PDF, TIFF, AI or EPS in CMYK colour mode with 100-150 DPI resolution at real size (300 DPI is not required for large format printing). Fonts converted to outlines, images embedded. Leave 5 cm bleed around each edge for the silicone edge.
