What is the difference between a roll-up banner, X-banner and L-banner?
A roll-up banner has an automatic mechanism that retracts the fabric into the base — the most convenient option for frequent transport. An X-banner has a crossed support structure and is the lightest and most affordable option. An L-banner has an L-shaped metal frame and offers a more stable visual, suitable for permanent displays in shops.
Can I change the graphic without buying a new base?
Yes, roll-up banner fabrics are attached with a clip system at the top and a rod at the bottom. Replacement takes under 2 minutes. One base can be reused multiple times with different printed fabrics — an economical solution for rotating promotions and events.
What file formats do you accept for printing?
We accept PDF, EPS, AI and TIFF files in CMYK colour mode with a minimum resolution of 150 DPI at real size. Fonts must be converted to outlines. Leave 3 cm at the top and bottom for the clip and rod, and 5 mm bleed for images extending to the edge.
How long does it take to receive the finished banner?
When we receive a print-ready file before 12:00 on a working day, the standard production time is 24-48 hours. During peak seasons (exhibitions, spring-autumn) delivery may take 2-3 working days. For urgent orders we offer express service — contact us for your specific case.
