What services does Printopix offer?

Printopix specializes in the production of advertising structures with full-color print: roll banners (all standard sizes), L-banners, X-banners, beach flags (feather and teardrop type), foldable textile walls for exhibitions and presentations. We offer a full cycle – print, delivery and installation of advertising elements in one place.

What is the order fulfillment time?

Roll banners and flags from stock – 1-2 business days. For orders placed before 11:00 AM – express in 1 day. Installation is scheduled based on location and workload.

Do you deliver orders throughout Bulgaria?

Yes, we ship via courier (Speedy, Econt, ACS) to every settlement in Bulgaria. Delivery is free for orders over 999 EUR, otherwise 5.90 EUR. In-person pickup is available at our office in Sofia, Mladost district.

What file formats do you accept for printing?

We recommend PDF (CMYK, 150 DPI). We also accept: AI, EPS, CDR, TIFF, JPG (high-quality compression). Text must be converted to curves.

Can I order a design for the advertising structure?

We offer print file preparation for our advertising structures. The price is formed based on complexity – contact us for a quote.

What are the payment methods?

We accept: cash on delivery, bank transfer. For companies – invoice-based work with deferred payment (up to 14 days) after signing an agreement.

Do you offer discounts for large orders or regular customers?

Yes – for larger volumes or regular cooperation we offer special prices. Contact us for an individual quote.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or with an error?

If the production is damaged during delivery or has a manufacturing error – send photos within 24 hours and we will send a new print run for free or refund the money. We take full responsibility for quality.
